Does Rokoat ship globally?
Yes. Rokoat will ship from either of its two depots to anywhere in the world.
What is the difference between HAZMAT & Standard shipping?
Some of Rokoat's product range are considered flammable and therefore HAZMAT. No problems - all our packaging is fully IATA rated so we can still ship these product to you however the costs of shipping are a little higher.
If you have a HAZMAT rated product in your basket the HAZMAT shipping rate will apply to ALL the products in the basket.
This does not necessarily mean your freight bill is higher. Generally for orders containing HAZMAT totalling less than 5kg the HAZMAT freight price is best. For orders higher than this you may be better of splitting your order into two purchases.
For professionals you may wish to organise your own freight if you feel your pricing is more competitive.
Where are Rokoat's depots located?
Rokoat has two depots from which we ship. Our European HQ in France services Europe, the Middle East and African based customers, whilst our manufacturing hub in the USA services the Americas and the Asia Pacific region.
Your shipping pricing seems high, my contract rates with my freight partner are better. Can I organise my own freight?
Of course! Good for you. Here at Rokoat we aim to provide the best possible shipping rates for our clients but of course we understand some may have the buying power to negotiate better rates. At the checkout simply choose the option Buyer to Collect and your Rokoat products will be waiting for collection.
Duties & Taxes
For orders where Rokoat is exporting out of an economic zone, the purchaser will be responsible for paying any and all import duties and taxes associated with the import of goods into your country.

Why can I choose EUR (€) or USD ($) to purchase in?
Our European hub transacts in EUR (€) and our USA hub transacts in USD ($). You will need to purchase in the currency serviced by your region. If you choose a currency not serviced by your region i.e. USD ($) in Europe, you will NOT be able to check out and pay for you products.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes. We use PayPal's fully secured payment system which accepts most credit cards. You don't need a PayPal account, at the payment stage simply select Pay with Credit Card.

India and other subcontinental countries purchase through our USA depot and subsequently transact in USD ($).
